My stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing. The rooms were ultra clean and luxurious, and the continental breakfast included in the price was a nice touch. The staff went above and beyond to assist us with a booking issue and ensure we enjoyed our trip, showing exceptional customer service. However, there were some challenges with the booking process that caused a bit of stress initially.

The location was great, just a short walk away from the city center, and the peaceful garden was a perfect spot to relax with a glass of wine in the evenings. The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to make my honeymoon special. The dining experience offered a variety of delicious options, although the breakfast was a bit standard. Overall, a wonderful stay with great value for money.

Staying on the ground floor close to the reception and bar was convenient. The room was tastefully decorated, very clean, and exceptionally spacious, offering everything you'd need for a pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable, and the marble bathroom was gorgeous. The service was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Luca who was informative and welcoming. The location was a bit away from the center but still enjoyable for a walk. The dining experience had good choices but noise from the bar disturbed my rest at times. Overall, a lovely stay with great spacious rooms and friendly service.
